1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Greenlit ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Cheats GTA V mobile application (the "App").

By installing, copying, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the App immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Nominative Fair Use

Cheats GTA V is an independent, unofficial companion and reference utility created for educational and entertainment purposes.

• No Affiliation: The App is not associated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries.
• Trademarks: "Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "GTA V", "Rockstar Games", and related names, logos, characters, vehicles, locations, and brand elements are registered trademarks or copyrights of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and Rockstar Games. Any reference to these marks in the App or associated materials is made strictly under the doctrine of nominative fair use to identify the game title, platform, and gameplay mechanics for which cheat codes and reference data are provided.
• Greenlit Proprietary Rights: The original software code, user interface, layout, curation, icon arrangements, visual design, and compilation of the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Greenlit and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

3. Single-Player Focus & No Multiplayer Exploits

The App solely indexes official, developer-intended cheat codes built natively into Grand Theft Auto V by Rockstar Games for single-player story mode gameplay.

4. In-Game Gameplay & Achievement Warning

When playing Grand Theft Auto V, activating cheat codes is designed natively by Rockstar Games to disable in-game achievements, trophies, and certain mission rating records for the duration of the current gaming session.

• You are strongly advised to create a manual backup or separate save file before entering any cheat code sequences in the game.
• Greenlit assumes no liability for any blocked or missed achievements or trophies, altered game progress, mission resets, or corrupted game saves resulting from the execution of cheat sequences in your game.

5. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or at least 16 years of age if residing in the European Economic Area or where required by local law) to use the App. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Please note: Grand Theft Auto V is an age-restricted video game rated for mature audiences (e.g., ESRB: Mature 17+, PEGI: 18, USK: 18). Users are responsible for complying with video game age ratings and parental advisory guidelines in their jurisdiction.

6. Permitted License & Restrictions

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Greenlit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and reference.

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any underlying algorithms;
• Modify, translate, adapt, merge, or create derivative works of any part of the App;
• Use automated scrapers, spiders, robots, or extraction scripts to harvest data, cheat sequences, or content from the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or any part thereof;
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any security features, licensing mechanisms, or in-app billing systems;
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

7. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers a free version supported by advertisements, as well as optional premium features ("Premium Upgrade") available as auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase.

A. Billing & Payment Processing

All digital purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing via your Google Account. Payments are handled and charged by Google, and purchase records are managed via RevenueCat. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the Google Play checkout interface prior to purchase confirmation.

B. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

• Automatic Renewal: Recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual plans) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current period.
• Billing Cycle: Your Google Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle at the rate in effect at that time.
• Price Changes: Any proposed subscription price adjustments will be notified to you in advance via Google Play in accordance with Google Play developer policies.

C. How to Cancel Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play. To cancel:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your Profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Tap Cheats GTA V.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.

D. Lifetime Purchase

The "Lifetime" option is a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase that provides access to premium features for the commercial lifespan of the App on your verified Google Account.

E. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch to a new Android device configured with the same Google Account, you can restore your active purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button located on the Premium screen or in Settings.

F. Refunds

Because all transactions are billed and processed by Google, refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies. To request a refund, please follow Google's instructions at Google Play Refund Support. Greenlit does not directly process payments or store payment card details.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland:

Under statutory consumer protection law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, when you purchase digital content or a digital subscription through the App, you expressly request and agree that delivery and performance begin immediately upon confirmation of the purchase, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ceases once immediate digital performance has begun.

This provision does not prejudice or limit any statutory warranty rights or refund remedies available to you under Google Play's consumer policies or mandatory statutory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

The free tier of the App displays third-party advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. These advertisements may link to external websites, apps, or services not operated or controlled by Greenlit.

• Greenlit does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the products, services, claims, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers.
• Interactions with third-party advertisements are conducted solely at your own discretion and risk.

10. Local Data, Custom Notes & User Content

The App allows users to save favorite cheats, view recent history, and create custom notes. This data is stored locally on your device's internal storage:

• On-Device Storage: Greenlit does not host personal user accounts or maintain remote server backups of your custom notes or favorite bookmarks.
• Data Loss: Clearing the App's storage data, factory-resetting your device, or uninstalling the App without a device backup will permanently erase your local bookmarks and custom notes. Greenlit cannot recover locally deleted data.
• User Feedback & Support Submissions: When you submit voluntary comments, bug reports, suggestions, or support inquiries via our in-app feedback and contact support tools, you agree that your feedback and suggestions are non-confidential and that Greenlit is granted an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and incorporate such feedback into the App without compensation or obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Greenlit expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation. While we make reasonable efforts to verify cheat codes and sequences, cheat functionality in Grand Theft Auto V may be altered or disabled by game developers through future software updates, game editions, or platform-specific patches.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENLIT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, LOST IN-GAME PROGRESS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS RESTRICTED, GREENLIT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GREENLIT FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE EUROS (€25.00) OR LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT.

13. Modifications to the App & Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or content of the App at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. When updates are published, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you additionally benefit from any mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiations between you and Greenlit. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers resident in the EU/EEA, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
